Booking

Hair and Makeup

  • For women, hiring a stylist will add approximately 1-2 hours prior to your shoot. For men approximately 30-45 minutes prior to your shoot. 

  • If you are doing your own hair and makeup please arrive camera ready! Bring any makeup, wardrobe, or tools you may need to change your look. 

  • We will have a changing tent and mirror for your touch up needs! Unfortunately, no bathroom, for now.  

 

Wardrobe / Looks

  • Any time you change your outfit it's a look. Removing a jacket/glasses doesn't count. 

  • We will finalize how many "looks" we're shooting before hand so there are no surprises. 

  • We always ask that you bring extra options so together we can pick what works best on camera and what looks best on you!

Consultations 

  • We are absolutely available and happy to chat with you before the shoot to help figure out what direction we're going in. What clothes to wear. What kind of mood we're aiming for etc. It makes it a lot easier for us to shoot with you if we know your vibe.

  • That being said, we don't respond to emails or calls before 9am or after 7pm we all need some unwinding time.

 

Receiving Photos

  • You will receive all high res JPEGs from the shoot via Google Drive within a week of your shoot. You can easily share them with your agent, managers, or friends who can help pick the final selects.

  • After we receive your selects we will edit one photo per look - free of charge! This free edit expires 60 days after you receive your photos. After 60 days, each edit is $40 per image.

  • If you're having a hard time with selects we are happy to help with the selection process. 

 

Retouching 

  • Retouching is $40 per image. Edit consists of: removing stray hairs, blemishes, dark circles, cleaning up the overall skin, reducing lines, whitening eyes (all within reason). 

  • For each photo we retouch you have the option to receive 3 copies: high res for printing/personal websites, medium res for social media, and an 8X10 crop (optional). However, we've found that most people want to crop their own photo!

  • We also offer in-house editing / custom work for each image - this varies on a case by case basis. Advanced prices for photo editing are $250/hr. This includes things like changing aspects of the photo - like background color, shirt color, adding or removing hair, fixing receding hairlines etc. 

  • Though retouching is not mandatory, it is highly recommended to provide you with the absolute best results possible. However, we humbly ask if you do use any unedited photos in your social media please label them as such. We work hard and take great pride in our work and want to show the world only the best! 

 

Storage / Backups 

  • After you receive your images we will store them for 60 days. It's up to you to download and save your images! 

  • We can't stress enough the importance of backing up your photos! Just in case. You never want to need it but you'll be glad you have it!

 

Time

  • Sessions will vary in time, but our basic one look session starts at 30 minutes.

 

Payment

  • We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. 

 

Copyright 

  • We do not charge a copyright fee. Your images are yours to use as you see fit. However, you can't sell them for a profit or use them for merchandise. 

  • If you have your images published anywhere, please give photographer credit. 

  • If you post any images from our shoot please give us credit and don't post bad pictures.

Parking

  • On-site parking is available in both locations. (Los Angeles / San Diego)
